All organizations run into ethical issues, I mean lets bind it in todays society the almighty buck rules wholly. Therefore it forces people to practice very unethical line of reasoning practices in order to fabricate that funds. There were many stakeholders involved in this surgical operation which are the owners and managers, the loan officers, the processing team, the banks and most classicly the clients. All of these individuals had an bursting charge in the process but the problem was that the most valuable persons, the clients were completely neglected therefore were put into these horrible loans. today there are thousands of people who are facing these consequences and raving mad lost their homes but many of these loan officers are repose going strong. Primarily because the rest of these individuals w ere awarded very generously with thousands to tens of thousands of dollars which is therefore people continued to sell these loans k instantering what they knew. This organization did non relieve oneself any ethical values at entirely; whole it cared about was money, money, and more money. As long as money came in it did not matter how it just indispensable to save up coming in.

The boss was once told that if he unbroken on conducting business in this fashion that he would not make any friends in the industry and his response was Im not in this business to make friends; I am in this business to make money!! !. Which he decidedly did make a lot but he! is now suffering for it because the company is no more. Also the individuals who interchange these loans as well did not care; some of them because they did not in abundant understand the loans the others because they wanted to keep their pay up. All adjacent there were many individuals who had no moral standings at all they just continued to sell these products and continued to make that money.
