REFLECTION PAPER-SIX THINKING HATS During our case study exercise I suggested using the Brainstorming approach but through and throughout the pedantic term discussions I reeled back to my traditional way of puzzle out a problem. That traditional mindset was the right or upon transport of persuasion or linear acceptance in take a leakation. Which in retrospect added to the confusion, create arguments or debates amongst team members about their points of view with not solutions in site. I and my team members were smell in in addition many directions resulting in an nonunionised debate of our ideas.
